

What is the OPTIMAL Nutrition Lab?
The Optimal Nutrition Lab is an immersive 6-hour group program designed to help organizations and teams improve health, build sustainable nutrition habits, and promote performance at work and other areas of life. Each Lab combines evidence-based training packed with practical tools directed to optimize nutrition and performance.
Labs can be delivered as:
